Where I came from, where I am going
I earned my Kinesiology degree from the University of Regina, Saskatchewan in 1995. I worked in a multi-disciplinary Physiotherapy Clinic for 9 years and then in Disability Management for the Cypress Health Region for 12 years. During that time, I also earned my IFBB Pro Card to become a Professional Bodybuilder. I retired from bodybuilding and moved to Penticton, BC in 2017. I am a proud mom of 2 adult children, 2 teenage step kids, 1 adorable granddaughter and a handsome grandson. I opened up my own Kinesiology practice in 2019. I am passionate about providing quality Kinesiology services and active rehabilitation programs with a focus on ABILITY not DISABILITY. I hope to be able to expand my practice very soon. In the mean time, I am enjoying everything about living in the Okanagan such as the beaches, hiking trails, snowboarding and of course the fruit stands and wineries!
