30 years of experience providing Exercise Therapy, Hydrotherapy, KIN tape, Whiplash, Back Pain, Concussions, Pre/Post Surgical Rehab, Ergonomics and Functional Testing and GRTW planning.

I earned my Kinesiology degree from the University of Regina, Saskatchewan, in 1995. After graduation, I worked in a multidisciplinary clinic for nine years, followed by twelve years in Disability Management within the Health Care sector. In 2017, I moved to Penticton, BC, and two years later, founded Kaizen Kinesiology. I’m passionate about delivering high-quality Kinesiology services that emphasize ability, not disability.
I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) and am a Certified Exercise Physiologist with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologists (CSEP). Outside of my professional life, I’m a proud grandmother who has retired from professional bodybuilding but continues to stay active through golf, women’s hockey, snowboarding, broomball, and volleyball—and I truly love where we live!
