Water plays a crucial role in active rehabilitation, allowing you to perform exercises and stretches that can be challenging on land, especially for those engaged in chronic pain management. Hydrotherapy provides a supportive environment to facilitate these movements.

Your first appointment will last approximately 45 minutes and will include a detailed history of your accident, a review of your progress in active rehabilitation, and an assessment of any limitations related to chronic pain management. We will also conduct a comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluation, examining your range of motion, strength, balance, and stability, which may include techniques such as hydrotherapy.
Follow-up appointments typically last about 45 minutes, during which you'll engage in prescriptive exercises designed to aid in your active rehabilitation and support chronic pain management. These one-on-one guided exercise sessions will also include regular re-assessments to ensure you’re making steady progress. Additionally, we may incorporate hydrotherapy as part of your recovery plan.
Telehealth services are available for those who are unable to travel or prefer not to attend in-person appointments, making it easier to access active rehabilitation and chronic pain management programs, including hydrotherapy options.
Direct billing to ICBC is available for approved claims related to active rehabilitation and chronic pain management. For other services, receipts will be provided for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Fees: $110 for initial $90 for follow up sessions
We require 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations related to active rehabilitation, chronic pain management, or hydrotherapy. Clients will need to provide a credit card on file, which will be charged for cancellations or no-shows without 24 hours' notice.
